Returns / Refund Policy
Returns are allowed on any print IF there is a defect in the print. We accept returns on any print if returning within 3 weeks from original shipment date. Please contact us at info@andyhawes.photography to approve a return. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval.
RETURNING FOR A REFUND: PROCESS
Any returned item must be in its original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
RETURN SHIPPING
To return your product for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
